All persons entering the premises of Universal Football accept responsibility for any injury or illness arising out of or in connection with their participation in activities at the premises.

 

All persons entering the premises of Universal Football release and discharge Universal Football, its employees and agents from any claim, suit, demand, expense or cost in respect of any injury or illness arising out of or in connection with their participation in activities at the premises.

 

Any person(s) using Universal Football to play Soccer, are covered by Universal Football Insurance Policies. Any person(s) participating on Universal Football grounds believing the insurance polices do not adequately cover the need of the person(s) are encouraged to take further insurance in the event and injury, illness or death occurs.

 

Any person(s) using Universal Football for play or training in Hockey, Netball, Rugby Union, Rugby League, Australian Rules, and all other sports is NOT covered by Universal Football Insurance Policies and they do so at their own risk and accept responsibility for any injury or illness arising out of or in connection with their participation in these activities at the premises of Universal Football.

 

Universal Football hires Courts at the premises to the person(s) on the basis that they understand and accept the Terms and Conditions of use, and that they inform all other person(s) who may be participating in activities on that Court of hire.
